
The Special Adviser to Ondo State Governor on Public and Intergovernmental Relations, Dr.(Mrs) Olubunmi Ademosu has emerged the 6th President of Akure Professionals Lions Club under Lions Club International, District 404A1.
According to a statement, the insurance expert and community leader was chosen following her various commitments to public service delivery as well as personal interest in serving humanity.
The investiture slated for October 18th at the International Center for Events and Culture in Akure is expected to have in attendance leaders of the Lions Club International from within and outside the country.

It is also to feature captains of industry, political leaders, top government functionaries including Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN.
Other components of the special event are presentation of awards to prominent individuals and organisations who have shared in the vision of the Club towards service to human and societal development.
Star projects of the Club would equally be launched forge ahead in the organisation’s target of reaching more individuals and societies.
The new President of Akure Professionals Lions Club, Dr. Mrs. Olubunmi Ademosu has played significant roles in building future leaders through the various Intergovernmental programmes like N-power, Master Crafts Persons training as well as community development.






It’s on record that no fewer than 100 communities are benefiting from rural electrification projects being executed through solar technology across the state.
