FRIENDS, FAMILY, KINSMEN CELEBRATE FORMER PRESIDENTIAL AIDE, DR. KINGSLEY KUKU
Friends, family and kinsmen are celebrating the former Special Adviser to President on Amnesty Programme, Dr. Kingsley Kuku on the occasion of his birthday.
Various messages monitored online and made available to newsmen in Akure described the Arogbo-Ijaw-born political and community leader as well as philanthropist as a single candle that illuminates a kingdom.
According to the Chairman of Arogbo Solidarity Front, Edward Ebi-Emi, Dr. Kuku had been a rallying point for his people in the entire Niger-Delta region of Nigeria.
He emphasized that various interventions put in place by inviting his friends to develop his hometown, Arogbo remains a reference point till today.
Ebi-Emi made mention of the concrete roads as well as bridges constructed at Agwuobiri, Egebsubiri and Tolu-Kiribo created a new orientation for a people that had been marginalised.
Similarly, a statement by Ondo State Youth Development Agenda and signed by its Secretary, Hon. Jide Adewumi says Dr. Kingsley Kuku had been a philanthropist whose impact on the political existence facilitated both human and societal development.
He reflected on the number of young men who became pilots in Nigeria as many market women and traders as well as school children who enjoyed his benevolence through scholarship schemes.
