O’DATIWA ENGAGEMENT OUTREACH: AIYEDATIWA’S AIDE, OSAMAYE COMMENDS ROUSING WELCOME IN ONDO EAST, ILE-OLUJI/OKE-IGBO
The Special Adviser to Governor Aiyedatiwa on Women Affairs, Dr. (Mrs) Seun Osamaye has said the rousing welcome given the O’Datiwa Women Initiatives team in Ondo East local government area was another signal of the wide acceptability of the candidate of the APC in the November governorship poll.
The members of the O’Datiwa Women Initiatives had visited the council area as part of its engagement outreach to women in the three senatorial districts of the state.
The Special Adviser said the display of genuine love and enthusiasm by the women was a great encouragement that the message of Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa is reaching the women.
In a statement, Dr. Osamaye appreciated the women for their support and cooperation, assuring that the present administration would continue to prioritise issues affecting women in the state.
“Ondo East Women for Aiyedatiwa, thank you for coming out in your massive numbers to show your love for Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa.”
“Thank you for your warm reception on Saturday, 24th August, 2024 and I want to assure you all and all those still planning to join us that we shall ensure that no one is neglected, Osamaye added.
The situation was also same in Ile-Oluji/Oke-Igbo local government area where the women came out in large number to receive the team.
The outreach also provided opportunity for the team to pay homage to the traditional authority in the town, the Jegun of Ile-Oluji, Oba Adetimehin who commended the leadership style of governor Aiyedatiwa.
