
CENTRAL WOMEN CAMPAIGN COUNCIL COMMITTEE EMBARKS ON MARKET-TO-MARKET OUTREACH

Members of the Ondo Central Women Campaign Council Committee in the All Progressives Congress have embarked on Markets-to-markets Outreach to continue to canvass votes for the candidate of the party and the incumbent Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa as governorship election holds next week.
The programme is aimed at ensuring that residents especially market women are carried along on the need to vote for APC in the fast-approaching poll.
Apart from moving from market to market, the members of the Central Women Campaign Council Committee are also taking the message from shops to shops, streets to streets and door to door.
The exercise in Akure the state capital started with visits to Oja Oshodi, Isinkan Market and Akure South.
The team was led by
Special Assistant to Governor on Traders Affairs, Chief Mrs Eko- Davies and Central Senatorial Secretary and Special Assistant, Hon Adeola Fynch, Alhaja Idera, as well as LG Women Leader and Vice Chairman, Hon Foluke Daramola among others.
Speaking with newsmen on the development, the Special Adviser to the Governor on Women Affairs, Dr (Mrs) Seun Osamaye said the Outreach is aimed at ensuring that the message of Governor Aiyedatiwa gets to the nooks and crannies of the state.
Osamaye urged market women to vote for a Governor who has always prioritised matters affecting women in the state.
