AIYEDATIWA’S VICTORY WILL ATTRACT CONTINUED GOOD GOVERNANCE – AMIDU TAKURO

The Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs in Ondo State has said that the victory of Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa in the just concluded election is a great hope of continued good governance in the state.
In a statement, the grassroots mobiliser and political leader commended the people of Ondo State for reciprocating the giant strides recorded since assumption of office.
Alhaji Takuro also commended the peaceful conduct of the exercise by INEC and the people voters for maintaining law and order, especially in Odigbo local government area.
Takuro who was former Deputy Leader, Odigbo local government legislative Chambers described the landslide victory as a confirmation of the love of the people for the administration.
While stressing that it is a well-deserved victory, the commissioner also felicitated all APC Members across the 11 wards of Odigbo local government and people of Ondo State on the resounding victory.
Alhaji Takuro who lauded the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for conducting a free, fair and credible election also expressed appreciation to the security agencies for ensuring a transparent and smooth conduct.
While appreciating voters and residents of Ayesan ward 5 in Odigbo local government area, Alhaji Takuro assured the people of the local government of continued harmonious relationship while good people of the local government would not be left out in benefitting from the various programmes and policies of the administration.
Alhaji Amidu Takuro prayed for divine guidance, Wisdom, Good Health and Divine Protection for the Governor to lead Ondo State to achieve and leave behind great achievements at the end of his tenure.
