APC LEADER DELE PHILIPS FELICITATES CHRISTIAN FAITHFUL, REFLECTS ON SIGNIFICANCE OF SEASON
The Vice Chairman of Asiwaju Mandate Group in Ekiti State during the last presidential election, Dele Philips has felicitated Christian faithful on this year’s Easter celebrations.
The Chieftain of All Progressives Congress in the state also charged faithful to always show love to one another as demonstrated by Jesus Christ.
In a statement signed by his Media Aide, Seun Adetola and made available to newsmen in Ado-Ekiti, Dele Philips emphasized that faithful should keep reflecting on the significance of the season by forgiving one another when issues arise.
The Aramoko-Ekiti-born party leader also used the medium to urge political leaders at all levels to embrace peace and love as well as peaceful coexistence which he said would attract overall development of the land and the people.
Dele Philips also called on the people of Ekiti state to keep supporting Governor Biodun Oyebanji in his quest to take the state to greater heights.
According to him, th ongoing developmental projects being witnessed in Ekiti could only be sustained and improved upon in a rancour-free environment.
Philips emphasized that giving Governor Oyebanji another opportunity to run another four years would enable him consolidate on the achievements being recorded across the three senatorial districts.
