
ONDO HOLDS “SENSITIZE THE BOY-CHILD INITIATIVE” AT AQUINAS COLLEGE AKURE
…As Aiyedatiwa’s Aide Dr. Seun Osamaye assures programme would be a continuous exercise
The Ondo State Government has again emphasized that no segment of the society would be neglected in implementation of various people-oriented policies of the present administration.
The Special Adviser to Governor Aiyedatiwa who was addressing both students and teachers during the Aquinas College, Akure edition of “Sensitize The Boy-Child Programme” emphasized that Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa is determined to ensure that all segments feel the impact of his administration.
The “Sensitize The Boy-child Initiative” programme embarked upon by the administration of Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa has been held in various schools in Ondo City, Oyemekun Grammar School in Akure and now at Aquinas College in the state capital.
As usual, a large number of students and teachers gathered in the school premises as the Special Adviser to Governor Aiyedatiwa on Women Affairs, Dr. Seun Osamaye emphasized that the boy-child needs guidance as he forges ahead in life.
Osamaye said that though there have been various programmes put in place for the girl-child, there is the need to reach out to the boys in line with the policy of Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa to run an inclusive government.
The Special Adviser said the programme would be a continuous exercise and assured that all relevant stakeholders are being involved to ensure that the programme achieve the desired results.
She stated that the programme would enhance positive values, emotional intelligence, foster attitudinal changes and equip boys with essential life skills needed to navigate societal pressures effectively”.
