
EKITI FTAN ENDORSES STATE INT’L THEATRE FESTIVAL
The Federation of Tourism Associations of Nigeria (FTAN), Ekiti-State Chapter endorses the Ekiti-State International Theatre Festival coming up on August 20th-25th, 2025.
In a statement jointly signed by Coordinator,
Dr. Abioye Adedipe and Secretary,
Ogbeni Babajide Fajuyi, the association also urged industry-wide support for the Festival.
”FTAN, Ekiti-State Chapter announced its full support for the upcoming event, scheduled to take place at the Obafemi Awolowo Civic & Conventional Center in Ado-Ekiti and the Ample Theater at the Prestigious Ikogosi Warm Spring”.
“FTAN recognizes the events starting from August 21st to 25th, 2025 as a developmental opportunity to showcase the rich tourism potentials of Ekiti State and boost the indigenous economy of Ekiti-State”.
“This year’s International Theatre Festival will be a big booster towards tourism promotion and development of our dear State” said Dr. Abioye Adedipe, the Ekiti-State coordinator of FTAN”
The Festival will be a significant platform for exploring cultural heritage, natural beauty, local crafts and attracting both local and international visitors from across Nigeria and beyond”.
“We also believe that the involvement of FTAN members will greatly enrich the event, offering valuable networking opportunities, industry insights, and exposure to Ekiti State tourism potentials”.
“The State FTAN is already working closely with the event organizers to ensure its success.”
