
UDIROKO: UNN PRO-CHANCELLOR ENGR KAYODE OJO FELICITATES EWI OF ADO-EKITI ON SUCCESSFUL ANNUAL FESTIVAL
Prominent son of Ikoro Ekiti, Foremost Engineer and Politician, APC Chieftain in Ekiti State, Former Pro-chancellor and Chairman Governing Council Federal University Oye, Ekiti, Former Pro-Chancellor and Chairman Governing Council (LOKOJA), Current Pro-Chancellor and Chairman Governing Council UNN has extended warm felicitations to the Ewi of Ado Ekiti, Oba (Dr) Rufus Adeyemo Adejugbe Aladesanmi III, members of the Ado Progressives Union (APU), and all sons and daughters of Ado Ekiti at home and in the diaspora of the much-anticipated 2025 edition of the Udiroko Festival.
Engr. Kayode Ojo sent his warmest greetings to the Ewi of Ado-Ekiti, His Royal Majesty, Oba(Dr) Rufus Adeyemo Adejugbe Aladesanmi III(CON) on the celebration of this year’s Udiroko festival.
UNN Pro-Chancellor and Chairman Governing Council in his message rejoiced with the foremost traditional ruler for witnessing another festive period on earth.
also extended his greetings to the Eyeshorun of Ado-Ekiti, Her Royal Majesty, Olori Abosede Adejugbe, the Oloris, the Ewi-in-Council and all Ado sons and daughters.
ENGR Kayode Ojo further added that indigenes of Ado-Ekiti both home and diaspora were proud of Ewi for being a good custodian of Ado cultural heritage.
He further urged the indigenes to turn the period of the Udiroko celebration into a season of giving back to the community, supporting one another, and planning for the future of Ado land in all sectors, especially education, youth development, and social welfare

He used the opportunity to pray for continued peace in Ado Ekiti, good health and long reign for the Ewi, and increased cooperation among the people of the town, noting that unity remains the bedrock of development.
