Ondo North Senatorial District APC Primary: Abdul Tunji Mohammed (ATM) Addresses Supporters, Sets Record Straight on Declared Results
The Abdul Tunji Mohammed (ATM) campaign organization has addressed party members and supporters following the announcement of results in the Ondo North Senatorial District APC primary election. 18th May 2026
ATM noted that the results declared by the collation and returning officer do not reflect what transpired at the voting centers across the district. Reports from agents, party officers, and voters at the wards indicate a different outcome from what was announced.
“We are calling on our supporters to remain calm, peaceful, and law-abiding,” ATM said. “I urge everyone not to be provoked. We are following due process and will pursue every legitimate avenue to ensure that the will of the people is respected.”
ATM expressed confidence in victory, citing his grassroots support across the six local government areas of Ondo North and the intervention of the APC National Working Committee (NWC) in the process.
“The people of Ondo North came out and voted. We have the records from the field. We trust that the party leadership will uphold internal democracy and ensure that the authentic results are upheld,” he added.
The campaign thanked supporters for their orderly conduct during the election and assured them that updates will be communicated as the process progresses.
