In a chat with the gym manager, Dotun Fajulugbe, he said the facility has capacity for over 60 people to work out at the same time without any disturbance.
Another interesting feature is that there are different classes with studios featuring Yoga, dance and the rest.
The studio is a multi-functional space.
There is also outdoor training area with various features and activities that would make a client revisit the fitness centre.
Apart from putting in place recovery containers to enable clients relax after training, there exists overhead tip house for interested members.
In his words, the gym manager, Mr Dotun Fajulugbe said “what we are doing here can’t be compared with anyone in Akure and its environs”.

The Pulse and Flow Fitness Center opens everyday from 6.00am to 10.00pm and 12.00noon to 10.00pm on Sundays.
The manager stressed that while instructors are always on ground, personal training is another tier which is paid for.
