EKITI 2026: APC LEADER DELE PHILIPS RALLIES SUPPORT FOR GOVERNOR BIODUN OYEBANJI
….Hails Successful Completion and Inauguration of the Ijigbo-Okeyinmi Flyover
A leader of the All Progressives Congress in Ekiti State, Mr Dele Philips has rallied support for Governor Biodun Oyebanji as the June 20 governorship election approaches.
The former house of representatives aspirant on the platform of the All Progressives Congress in Ekiti Central Federal Constituency 2 comprising Ekiti West, Efon and Ijero local government areas also hailed the Governor for the successful completion of the Ijigbo-Okeyinmi flyover.
In a statement signed by his media aide, Seun Adetola and made available to newsmen in Ado-Ekiti, the philanthropist states that Governor Oyebanji has proven to Ekiti people that he actually prepared for governance.
Dele Philips stressed that the various Infrastructural interventions witnessed in the first term of his administration have made Ekiti State an envy of others.
In his words, “anyone who has been visiting Ekiti State in the past and back to the Land of Honour would agree with me that there is a sharp difference in terms of provision of infrastructure”.
“Apart from the ambitious Ijigbo-Okeyinmi flyover, the Oyebanji administration has successfully carried out numerous road projects across the Senatorial Districts”.
“Look at the Ilawe-Ikere-Ekiti road, Igbara-Odo-Ikere-Ekiti road and many other projects that have reshaped our socio-economic and political existence as a people”, Dele Philips emphasized.
While noting the impact of the administration in the area of culture and tourism promotion, the APC leader reflected on the recognition given to public servants with prompt payment of salaries and allowances as well as payment of outstanding pensions and gratuities of the senior citizens.
The business mogul therefore urged the electorate in Ekiti State to turn out enmasse and vote for Governor Biodun Oyebanji and the All Progressives Congress in the June 20 governorship poll.
Dele Philips expressed the hope that securing another term would enable Governor Biodun Oyebanji to consolidate on the achievements already recorded in the first tenure.
