NEW APPOINTMENT: AIYEDATIWA’S AIDE, OSAMAYE COMMENDS INVOLVEMENT OF MORE WOMEN IN GOVERNANCE
The Special Adviser to Ondo State Governor on Women Affairs, Dr (Mrs) Seun Osamaye has appreciated Governor Aiyedatiwa for giving recognition to more women in the appointment of new aides.
Osamaye who spoke in a statement made available to newsmen in Akure said the development is a confirmation of the degree of trust in the governor to keep running an inclusive administration.
The Special Adviser stated that the governor also has a lot of programmes created to ensure that women continue to benefit from the present administration.
While congratulating the new appointees, Dr. Osamaye charged them to contribute their quota to the ongoing efforts at leaving Ondo State better than it is today.
“On behalf of O’Datiwa Women Initiatives, I congratulate all the new female appointees and welcome to the lucky train officially.”
“This is a call to serve and I am sure it is another opportunity for our women to prove that what a man can do, a woman can do better.”
The Special Adviser added that they should work with the APC members in their various wards to work for the victory of Governor Aiyedatiwa in the November governorship poll.
