IYA ADINNI OF AKURE, FAOZART GIDADO APPRECIATES AIYEDATIWA OVER APPOINTMENT AS SENIOR SPECIAL ASSISTANT
Newly appointed Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to the Ondo State Governor on Women Affairs, (Central Senatorial District), Alhaja Faozart Gidado, has expressed profound appreciation to Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa for finding her worthy of appointment and entrusting her with the responsibility.
Alhaja Gidado, in a statement issued following her appointment, described Governor Aiyedatiwa as a pragmatic and amiable leader whose administration had continued to demonstrate commitment to the people of Ondo State.
She expressed gratitude to the governor for the confidence reposed in her, promising to justify the appointment through hard work, loyalty and dedicated service.
“On behalf of myself and my family, I sincerely appreciate my pragmatic and amiable Governor of Ondo State, His Excellency, Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, for believing in me and appointing me as the Senior Special Assistant on Women Affairs, Central Senatorial District.
“I promise to put in my best and work diligently to ensure that I do not disappoint Mr. Governor,” she said.
The new appointee also solicited the support and cooperation of women across the Ondo Central Senatorial District, stressing that collective support would be crucial to the success of the administration’s programmes and policies.
She urged women in the district to rally behind the Aiyedatiwa administration, expressing optimism that greater achievements were ahead for the state.
“I call for the support and cooperation of all women in Ondo Central Senatorial District.
“I believe in the government of Governor Aiyedatiwa, and I am convinced that the best is on the way,” Alhaja Gidado added.
She further appealed to women across the state to continue supporting the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, urging them to back his bid for a second term in office.
She pledged to use her new position to promote the interests, welfare and participation of women in Ondo Central, while working with relevant stakeholders to strengthen the connection between women at the grassroots and government.
