…Urges Supporters To Rally Round The Candidate To Ensure Victory For The Party
The House of Assembly member representing Oye Constituency 1 in Ekiti State House of Assembly, Mr Temitope Longe, has congratulated Prince Eyitayo Fabunmi on his emergence as APC candidate in the just concluded House of Assembly primary elections in the Constituency.
In a statement in Oye-Ekiti, Longe said he was satisfied with the process that produced the winner, saying that as a faithful party man, he accepted the result in good faith and he is willing to support Fabunmi to ensure victory for APC during the general elections.
He urged his supporters to rally round the candidate during the election to ensure his victory, even as he counselled him to make the welfare of his constituents his watchword.
“With your victory in the primaries, I and my supporters will join you to ensure your victory in the general elections.
Longe also urged support for Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji in the governorship election, saying his victory would assist the lawmaker to dispense more goodies to our people on assumption of office.
