GUNMEN ABDUCT BOY, DEMAND 30MILLION NAIRA RANSOM IN ONDO

Reports reaching Naija Parrots from Ondo City in Ondo State says a young boy has been kidnapped.
Though details are still sketchy, a recorded voice call between the father and the kidnappers revealed that they have demanded a 30m naira ransom.
According to the voice call shared on social media, the father whose identity is yet to be unravelled as at press time pleaded that he was still struggling to raise even four hundred thousand naira he promised to pay.
This infuriated the spokesperson of the abductors who responded with abuses and curses, threatening that hunger would kill the boy.
The boy was later allowed to speak with his father with a plea that he should go and raise the 30million naira they demanded.
In his words, “please go and get the money and bring it tomorrow morning. Go and sell that your Camry and bring the money. Please, I don’t want to die”.
Though the father responded with a promise to struggle to get him released, he didn’t sound optimistic that the car could be bought immediately.
Efforts to speak with the Police had not yielded any positive result.
