BORBDA Boss Greets Oborevwori at 63
The Managing Director of the Benin-Owena River Basin Development Authority (BORBDA), Hon. Dr. Femi Adekanmbi, has congratulated the Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, on his 63rd birthday.
In a statement, Dr. Adekanmbi described the Governor as a visionary leader, a compassionate statesman, and a beacon of hope for the people of Delta State.
He noted that Governor Oborevwori’s leadership has been marked by purposeful governance, massive infrastructure development, and an unwavering commitment to the welfare of Deltans.
“In just three years in office, His Excellency has demonstrated uncommon dedication to his people, delivering tangible dividends of democracy across critical sectors such as roads, agriculture, water resources, security, and youth empowerment” he said.
Dr. Adekanmbi particularly praised the Governor’s collaborative approach with federal agencies, including BORBDA, in addressing water supply challenges, irrigation projects, and flood control measures that are significantly boosting agricultural productivity and improving the lives of rural communities across Delta State.
“Governor Oborevwori is not just a political leader but a true servant of the people whose integrity, humility, and development-oriented mindset continue to inspire confidence in governance,” he added.
The Managing Director wished the Governor sound health, divine wisdom, and greater accomplishments in the years ahead as he steers the affairs of Delta State to greater heights.
