WHY PEOPLE LIE AND THE POWER BEHIND IT

Any reason behind lying is spurious and insincere as it cannot be acceptable under moral justification. However, no matter how plausible, there is power behind it even if it is not the wish of the liar to lie.
It is the commonest sin in the affairs of men because it goes with daily verbal communication and interactions. If you can do away with lie, you will save yourself from many ills. Why? A man that hate lies may rarely commit sins. Think about this deeply. Your path will always be straight in your dealings and in relationships with people.
People lie due to reasons known to them. Either to defend their actions, cover their mistakes or shortcomings, lie to destroy others or give false witness etc. Hardly we see a man or woman that has never lied in his/her entire life. Why? Lie occur between one or two people. That is, interactions between one person and the other or others. It is impossible to lie to yourself.
The origin of lies is from Satan. The Bible says, Satan is the father of lies. He sin from the beginning. He was in the garden of Eden to deceive the first man. Satan needed Adam and Eve to commit the lies. In this case, Satan lie not to defend himself but to destroy Adam.
There is something in you that influences your actions. There is one power in you that teaches you how to lie. The FLESH. Many acts or attitude of man is controlled by the flesh. Flesh favours anything against the soul.
Flesh is the enemy of man. You obey the will of the flesh because you are made of the flesh which is dust. Until you are born of the spirit, you will continue to fulfil the lust of the flesh.
Man lie to fulfill the lust of the flesh. Lying is a spirit. You cannot overcome the lying spirit until you have a superior spirit that can suppress it even when you are tempted to tell lie.
If you possess the spirit of God, you must allow the spirit to dominate you. If not, the evil spirit will still be in control. You cannot share the spirit of God with another spirit. It will not work. Rather, that spirit will be in control.
You cannot serve God and mammoth…. 50% for God, 50% for mammoth spirit is ineffectual to change your attitude positively. It will allow the other spirit to still dominate you and influence your actions. The right spirit in you must be stronger than the flesh to overcome wrong manners.
Many do not like to lie but were found guilty often. The spirit is willing but the flesh is weak. When your spirit is willing and the flesh is weak, there is little or nothing the spirit can do at this state. You must receive power to overcome the flesh.
You can only help the spirit if your flesh cooperate with the spirit. However, your flesh cannot cooperate except the flesh is subjected to the wish of the spirit. The flesh does not wish to comply with the spirit. It can only work against it. Galatians 5:17.
You must walk in the spirit and you will not fulfil the lust of the flesh. Galatians 5:16. By this, the spirit empowers your inner man which gives strength to overcome the flesh. No matter the intention of your lying attitude, the bible says all unrighteousness is a sin.
WHITE LIE? What is the basis of a white lie? It is also called an unimportant lie or a polite lie. It is prevarication or fabrication. It is not justifiable.
The opposite of lie is truth. When you say a white lie, is what you said the truth? If not, it is also a lie. It is not supported by the right spirit.
