Family, friends and associates are celebrating an Ekiti-born philanthropist and business mogul, Olugbenga Alex Bankole on the occasion of his birthday.
Various congratulatory messages monitored online show a degree of love for the UK-based entrepreneur.
According to a junior in the famous Christ’s School, Ado-Ekiti in the 80s, Mr. Seun Adetola, the Chairman of Dexambdra International Hotel in Ekiti State and beyond has attained leadership level as a student.
In his words, “our brother and senior was our Senior Prefect who later came back for Higher School Certificate class where he also became the Head of School.”
”Today in Ekiti State, Gbenga Bankole has one of the best hospitality industry as the expansion has taken him to other states.”
Similarly, a statement issued by a Socio-cultural and political group described the celebrant as a reliable Ekiti man whose passion for human and societal development is a reference point.
According to the Spokesperson of the group, James Makinde, Bankole popularly known as ‘Boyee’ in school has continued to create various platforms for people to grow.
In the same vein, a friend and partner, Dr. Kayode Ajulo,SAN said the ‘birthday boy’ is a reliable friend with consciousness for justification of a bond.
Ajulo who is the Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice in Ondo State said he remains comfortable with Bankole anytime decisions are taken.
Also, another friend, General Dayo Olukoju said Bankole has always justified the confidence reposed in him.
He prayed for long life in good health and peace of mind.
