The Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers had worked as a Civil Servant in Lagos State Public Service and eventually became a Permanent Secretary in the public service of Lagos State.
The Ijebu-Ode-born workaholic and kind-hearted Engineer was Supervisor, Ministry of Works, Lagos and was also General Manager of Direct Labour Agency.
Engineer Kehinde Osikoya became Special Adviser, Works and Infrastructure in the Otunba Gbenga Daniel Administration in OgunState.
He was also the Chief Executive Officer of Ogun State Road Management Agency(OGROMA) where he was influential to the construction of over 700 projects that have continued to be a reference point and this include the dualised Abeokuta-Sagamu Road.
Engineer Osikoya has been honoured at various fora as he was Inducted into the Nigerian Society of Engineers’ Hall of Fame in 2003; National Distinguished Merit Award in Transportation from Ogun State University and Lagos State Government Productivity Merit Award in 1988.
Engineer Kehinde Osikoya has also received numerous awards which include Dr. Kwame Nkrumah Leaderehip Award by African International Achievers Merit Award by African International Magazine, African Nation Builders Gold Award by African Gold International Communication; West African Patriotic Leadership Award by Global Vision Communications; Patriotic Achievers Award and many more.
