…As O’Datiwa Women Initiatives Members Visit Ifedore LGA For Outreach And Engagement Programme
Ondo State Government has continued to assure women of continued relevance in Governor lucky Aiyedatiwa’s government if elected in the November 16 governorship election.
These were the messages captured as O’Datiwa Women Initiatives visited in Ifedore local government area under the leadership of Special Adviser to the governor on women affairs, Dr.(Mrs) Seun Osamaye.
Ifedore Local government area of Ondo State is the 16th Local Government Area to be visited by the Odatiwa women Initiatives in its quest at ensuring that every woman in the state is not left behind in the various policies of the Present administration
At Ijare, it was a show of love as women in the community turned out in large number to receive the team.
The regent, Joseph Omoseebi received the team with commendations and assured that the community will continue to partner the state government towards ensuring peaceful society which he said is a basic requirement for meaningful development.
At Ilara-Morin which is Dr. Osamaye’s immediate constituency, women were full of joy as they trouped out enmasse to receive one of their own and her team.
The special Adviser, Dr. Seun Osamaye reiterated Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa’s resolve at ensuring that women in the state have a sense of belonging in his administration.
Also at Igbara-Oke the headquarters of the council area, the narrative was the same as the team was received by the Olowa, Oba Adefarakanmi Agbede before proceeding to the waiting arms of women in the community.
Members of the community commended the initiative, pledging their support for the Governor.
The tour is not only for familiarization but a means of identifying areas requiring attention towards finding lasting solutions.
