RESUMPTION: ONDO TESCOM BOSS, MORAYO BAYO-PHILIP CHARGES TEACHERS ON TOTAL COMMITMENT
Public secondary school teachers of Ondo State have been charged to redouble their efforts to further enhance better academic standards in the State.
The Administrative Secretary, Ondo State Teaching Service Commission, Mrs Morayo Bayo-Philip gave the charge when she led some Senior Officers of the Commission on monitoring and inspection tour to some public secondary schools in the State during the resumption of schools for the 2024/2025 first term academic session.
The Administrative Secretary who expressed her satisfaction on the preparations and readiness of teachers urged them to further cultivate the culture of harmonious relationship with their superior officers.
”We are pleased with what we saw, we want you to be good models, put more efforts and work as a family.
”I want to encourage the vice principals to have good working relationship with their school Principals to succeed ”, Mrs Bayo-Philip reiterated.
The constant and regular monitoring and inspection of School Officers in the public secondary schools of the state by the Ondo state Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) was to ascertain the preparations, commitment and dedication of school Officers in their respective fields and to equally put them on their toes to bring about better academic and moral standards in the State public secondary school sector.
Meanwhile, some schools visited have resumed academic work as observed.
