APC CHIEFTAIN, MUYIWA ADU EULOGISES AKEREDOLU’S LEGACY, CELEBRATES GOVERNOR AIYEDATIWA’S FIRST ANNIVERSARY

…Says Governor will justify confidence reposed in him

An APC chieftain whose name rings bell of greatness, kindness, wisdom and acceptability in Ondo state politics, Dr Barr. Olumuyiwa Adu (CUBANA) has described Aketi’s era as an eventful chronicle in the historical records of governance in Ondo state.

In a statement remembering the late governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu, SAN, CON, a year after his demise, Dr Adu noted with empathy, that Arakunrin’s legacy in the areas of infrastructure, industrialization, security, urban renewal and payment of inherited debts and salaries among other landmark projects deserves a resounding commendation.

” The impact of his administration could be felt within the geo-political landscape of the state, inspiring good life, development, stability and peace across the land”, Dr Adu said.

“The courage he brought to governance with the establishment of Amotekun Corps and his candid contributions to national issues should be remembered by all.

“It is very thoughtful of Gov. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa to commemorate the legacy of our late leader and governor with memorable celebrations” Dr Adu opinionated.

Marking the first anniversary of the incumbent Governor,
Dr Adu commended Dr Aiyedatiwa’s government for enriching the legacy of the late progressive leader by expanding the frontiers of development and political relationships.

“Gov. Aiyedatiwa has been magnanimous, just and godly in all his doings, trying to continue the existing developmental projects, immortalizing the indelible imprints of Mr talk and do, cementing the bond within the APC political family with refined and focused leadership and loyalty”. Dr Adu asserted.

“He is recalibrating good governance with frugal management of state resources as he prioritizes the welfare of workers and promotes justice and democracy at grassroots level.

“Mr Governor’s intervention in agriculture to boost food production, road construction, schools’ renovation and funding, youth employment and entrepreneurship through artisanal training and vocational studies in our technical colleges, employment of teachers, health workers and judicial officers and in parri passu with purposeful policies direction have ingrained his good and sweet- sounding name in the minds of our appreciative and decent populace”, Dr Adu further stressed.

Dr Olumuyiwa Adu assured that Gov Aiyedatiwa has charted a meticulous course that will fulfill the expectations of citizens who had invested much confidence in his visionary government as evidenced by the last unprecedented gubernatorial electoral victory.

Dr Adu prayed for the continuous repose of the late governor’s soul in eternity while wishing Gov. Aiyedatiwa the best moment on his first Anniversary.
