PBAT CONTINUITY PROJECT INAUGURATES COMMITTEES TO DRIVE SUPPORT FOR TINUBU
The PBAT Continuity Project PCP in Ondo state has inaugurated nine committees to run the affairs of the group as it prepares to galvanise massive support for President Bola Tinubu for wide acceptance in 2027.
The PCP is one of the support groups within the All Progressives Congress, APC in Ondo state, working for the re-election of President Tinubu.
Inaugurating the committees at the PBAT office along Oyemekun road Akure, the director-general, Pastor Femi Agagu remarked that the PBAT Continuity Project was resolute in propagating the good works of the President for another four years.
Agagu said, “we are determined to ensure that Tinubu’s good works continue, our target for the President in 2027 is 90% of votes and as much as we are interested in the percentage, we are more interested in the absolute figure of votes for him”
The PCP Director-General tasked the members to come up with brilliant ideas and innovations that would add value to the group and eventually translate to victory for President Tinubu, saying that their suggestions and contributions would be implemented for desired results.
“You all need to concentrate on issues that would add value to the success of the group and also propagate the achievements of the Bola Tinubu’s Administration down to the grassroots level through your activities” Agagu said.
In her remarks, first female SSG in Ondo state, Princess Oladunni Odu believed that Nigeria would achieve economic prosperity with the current policies of President Tinubu.
Former Finance commissioner, Hon Wale Akinterinwa expressed deep commitment for the return of President Tinubu, noting that there was no need changing a winning team.
Akinterinwa opined “There’s no better option than Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, we will ensure that we do everything within our power to let the people know that we have no alternative apart from the current president, so that he can complete what he has started, he has the blueprint, let the man who knows the way lead and we follow him”
Nine committees were inaugurated for a smooth running of the support group.
They are committees on Media headed by a former commissioner, Hon Yemi Olowolabi, Finance to be chaired by former commissioner, Hon Wale Akinterinwa, Traditional Institution committee is headed by former SSG, Princess Oladunni Odu, the Chairman of Legal committee is Hon Yomi Akinfenwa, Women engagement is led by former commissioner, Dr Adebunmi Osadahun while Labour/Artisan committee will be overseen by former commissioner, Hon Olayato Aribo.
