Ado LG chairman hails Tsar on birthday, urges Benue people to emulate philanthropic gestures
The executive chairman of Ado Local Government area of Benue State, Engineer Oche Sunday Oche has hailed Dr. Livinus Tsar, a close ally of Governor Hyacinth Alia on the occasion of his birthday.
Dr. Livinus Tsar was recently appointed by Governor Hyacinth Alia of Benue State as his Pointman in Konshisha local government area of the State.
Speaking through a press statement issued to journalists online by his Media office, Engineer Oche described Tsar as an illustrious son of Benue State who has been using his hard-earned money to develop people across the twenty three local government areas of the State.
He lauded the renowned philanthropist for all the multi-million naira projects he has erected in all the local government areas of Benue State especially the expensive motorized boreholes with reticulation.
The chairman added that these projects and the empowerment scheme by Tsar are great sources of support for the administration of Governor Hyacinth Alia.
Oche also stated that the empowerment scheme as well as the skill acquisition programe where Chief Tsar has been giving huge funds to beneficiaries across the state is a thing which everyone in the state must emulate.
“Coming outside government to funds several projects across the state is a thing of pride to the entire Benue State and this is what we all have to emulate” he said.
He however congratulated the celebrant on the occasion of his birthday, and prayed that God should give him more grace to build human resources in Benue state and beyond..
