Ondo APC Elders Rally Support For Membership e-Registration Ahead Tinubu’s 2027 Re-election
…As Coordinator Otunba Agboola Kelly Stressed the Process Will fortify Party’s Grassroots Foundation
As the All Progressives Congress (APC) intensifies its nationwide electronic membership registration exercise, Otunba Agboola Kelly, a chieftain of the party and Coordinator of the Ondo State APC Elders Movement for Tinubu 2027, has called on party members across the state to actively participate.
The electronic registration is designed to establish a credible, technology-driven national database.
It also aims to eliminate phantom or duplicate entries, enhance transparency, ensure accurate records, and enable both new members and those previously registered manually to update their details digitally.
In a statement, Otunba Kelly stressed the urgency of this process in fortifying the APC’s grassroots foundation in Ondo State.
He underscored the pivotal role of the Minister of Interior, Dr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo popularly known as BTO, in empowering and leading such initiatives.
The APC chieftain lauded Dr. Tunji-Ojo for constantly providing leadership and steadfast support, describing him as a vital asset who has significantly boosted pro-Tinubu groups, expanded membership, and strengthened the party’s influence statewide.
Under Tunji-Ojo’s empowerment, the Elders Movement plans to mobilize members across all 18 local government areas.
“We will mobilise every member across the 18 local governments to register electronically with the party, attend ward meetings, and ensure President Tinubu records a landslide victory in Ondo State in 2027,” he stated
The exercise aligns with President Tinubu’s vision of using technology to bolster internal democracy, prepare for upcoming congresses, primaries, and elections, and ensure every member is an equal stakeholder in the party’s future.
We urge Party faithful and prospective members in Ondo State and nationwide to act swiftly before the January 30, 2026, deadline.
