ONDO APC CHIEFTAIN, DELE OGUNBAMERU REAFFIRMS SUPPORT FOR PARTY, MEETS WARD LEADERS IN OKITIPUPA LGA
Hon. Dele Ogunbameru, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress(APC) in Ondo State has met with the executives and ward leaders of Ilutitun Ward 2, in Okitipupa Local Government Area of the state, reaffirming his commitment to the party.
The meeting, held recently, saw Ogunbameru sharing his experience of being received by Governor Lucky Ayedatiwa on behalf of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at an event organized by the APC Ondo State Chairman, Engr. Ade Adetimehin, under the auspices of Sunshine Grassroots Network (SGN).
The ward leaders welcomed Ogunbameru, with the Chairman, Hon. Gbenga Omowole expressing optimism that his presence would boost party activities.
Omowole then handed Ogunbameru over to the deputy chairman in the local government, Hon Sesan Temenu, who is also from the ward, to officially receive him.
“I receive you in the name of the National Chairman of APC, the State Chairman, Local Government Chairman and the Ward Chairman of our party.
“Hon. Ogunbameru is a known name in politics of this ward even before joining us and I am confident that his coming will add values,” he said.
Speaking, Ogunbameru pledged to work with all stakeholders to ensure Tinubu’s victory in the 2027 presidential election.
“I’ve come to work, and the major task is to ensure President Bola Tinubu wins in 2027,” Ogunbameru said.
According to him, he will often collaborate with anyone who shares the party’s vision.
He added that he had mobilized support, changed mindset of people towards the APC led government, promising that he would continue to do so.
Ogunbameru, who did his electronic party registration the previous day, thanked leaders for their support for the party, urging members to participate in the ongoing e-registration.
He, therefore, enjoined members of public to understand the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Tinubu and advised members of public to embrace APC as their political party.
