ONDO TABLE WATER PRODUCERS ANNOUNCE PRICE ADJUSTMENT
The Association of Table Water Producers, Ondo State Chapter has announced an upward adjustment in the price of table water (sachet) effective from Friday, 20th March, 2026.
This was contained in a statement signed by Engr Stephen Bolawole,
Chairman, Association of Table Water Producers in
Ondo State.
“This decision is necessitated by the recent sudden hike in the cost of raw materials, which has made it challenging to sustain production”.
“This represents a significant increase from the previous price range of N400 to N600 per bag”.
“The Association wishes to assure the consuming public that this decision was not taken lightly, but it is necessary to ensure the continued production of hygienically clean water essential for consumption”.
“We are aware that some unscrupulous producers are taking advantage of the situation to flood the market with untreated and substandard products”.
“We, therefore, urge consumers to be cautious and vigilant, especially when purchasing table water at unusually low prices”.
“The Association is working closely with relevant regulatory and security agencies to identify and bring to book perpetrators of such malpractices”.
“We regret any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and continued support”.
