ACCIDENTAL BOMBING: THE NIGERIAN PROJECT NATIONAL CONVENER, UFOMBA SYMPATHISES WITH SOKOTO VICTIMS’ FAMILIES
The Nigerian Project has commiserated with the families of those who lost their lives in the accidental bombing in Sokoto State.
The Project also sympathised with the government and the entire people of the state in the tragic event which claimed no fewer than 10 lives of innocent citizens.
The incident reportedly occured when Nigeria Airforce Officials were targeting bandits operating under the name Lakurawa in the area.
In a statement personally signed by the National Convener of The Nigerian Project, Chief Reagan Ufomba, he described the development as an unfortunate situation.

Solidarity Message to the Coordinator, Members, Government, and People of Sokoto State.
We, the members of The Nigerian Project, extend our heartfelt condolences to the coordinator, members of The Nigerian Project, the government, and the entire people of Sokoto State over the tragic accidental bombing of the Gidan Sama and Rumtuwa communities of Sokoto state, which claimed the precious lives of 10 citizens.
This unfortunate incident is a stark reminder of the complexities of safeguarding our nation. We grieve deeply with the affected families and pray for the repose of the souls of the departed. May God grant their loved ones the strength to bear this irreparable loss.
We call on the military to intensify efforts to enhance precision in their operations, ensuring such accidents are prevented in the future. We remain united in our support for the armed forces as they discharge their duties in protecting the sovereignty and security of our beloved country.
May peace, comfort, and healing prevail in Sokoto State and across Nigeria.
