
AGBOOLA AJAYI MOURNS FORMER ESE-ODO COUNCIL BOSS SUNDAY YAYU
The candidate of the People’s Democratic Party in the last governorship election in Ondo State, Hon. Agboola Ajayi has expressed shock over the death of a former Chairman of Ese-Odo local government area of the state, Chief Sunday Yayu.
In a statement personally signed by the former deputy governor, he described the deceased as a political pillar in the Local Government Area.
“I received with shock the demise of a rugged and sincere community-oriented committed politician and one of the pillars of politics in Ese Odo Local Government Area and Ondo State, High Chief ( Hon) Sunday Yayu (Popularly Called BABA YAYU ) with a heavy and broken heart”.
“The former Chairman of Ese Odo Local government was a great mobilizer who never waivered in the face of any adversity. He was firm and solid in his beliefs and convictions and it was always impossible to sway him from them”.
“He was passionate about his people , community and his followers .
A BIG VACCUM IS CREATED”.
“I wish to commiserate with the immediate family of our late Father, Arogbo Ijaw community , Ese Odo Local government, the PDP family in Ondo State as well as the state as a whole for this great loss as Baba will always be remembered for his extraordinary contributions, Guidance and counseling to the growth of his community, PDP family and Ese Odo Local government in general”.
“I pray for the repose of the soul of this great man, a former member and minority leader of the Ondo State House of Assembly ( ODHA)”.
“I sincerely wish and admonished God’s comfort and healing needed during this difficult time for the deceased family”.
