AIYEDATIWA’S AIDE, OLAMIDE FALANA SPONSORS 20 APC MEMBERS FOR HEALTH INSURANCE SCHEME
The Special Adviser to Ondo State Governor on Gender Matters, Chief(Mrs) Olamide Falana has sponsored twenty members of the All Progressives Congress in Ese Odo local government area for Health Insurance Scheme.
The Governor’s Aide who made the pronouncement at the meeting of the party held in Igbekebo the headquarters of the council area said the decision is part of her efforts to complement the governor’s healthcare policies.
About two weeks ago, Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa launched the State Health Insurance Scheme for the informal sector.
This informed the sponsorship of the twenty party faithful by the special adviser to ensure that people from the area also begin to benefit from the gesture.
Chief(Mrs) Falana emphasized that the present administration in the state has played significant roles in the health sector and expressed the hope that the achievements being recorded in the sector would be sustained and improved upon.
She therefore urged the residents of the area to keep supporting Governor Aiyedatiwa in his quest to take the state to enviable heights.
Falana explained that the sponsorship of the health insurance scheme would run for a year and expressed the hope of renewal and increase in the number of beneficiaries subsequently.
