In a heartwarming display of social responsibility, Hon. Akeem Bello, through his socio-political movement AK Movement, has launched the second phase of its free healthcare program for elderly citizens and residents in Ekiti Eastern Constituency II.
The event, held yesterday at Ajire Hall, Omuo-Oke Ekiti, was a resounding success, with hundreds of beneficiaries receiving much-needed medical attention.
The convener, Hon. Akeem Bello, expressed his delight that the program aligns with Governor Biodun Oyebanji’s efforts to support the vulnerable in Ekiti State.
“We are here to support the good work Governor Oyebanji has been doing,” he said, commending the governor’s impressive performance and commitment to peace and tranquility in the state.
Hon. Bello urged all right-thinking individuals to support Governor Oyebanji’s bid for a second term, citing his remarkable achievements.
In his speech, a former Chairman of Ekiti East Local Government, Alhaji Saka Bello, said the convener was inspired by the good performance of Governor Biodun Oyebanji, promising that the people of the area will give solid support to the governor in the forthcoming governorship election.
The beneficiaries, equally effusive in their praise, promised to rally behind Hon. Bello’s future political endeavors.
This initiative by AK Movement is a testament to the power of community-driven efforts to make a tangible difference in people’s lives.
Kudos to Hon. Akeem Bello and team for making a difference!
