A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress in Akure the Ondo State capital, Dr. Mrs. Olubunmi Ademosu-Williams has expressed confidence that having Governor Aiyedatiwa as candidate signals victory in November governorship election.
Ademosu-Williams who spoke with newsmen in Akure said the massive turnout in last Saturday’s primary election in the 203 wards did not only show the strength of the party but the belief of the people in the present administration.
Ademosu-Williams who was Special Adviser to Governor on Public and Intergenerational Relations expressed the hope that more residents and the vulnerable would benefit more under the Aiyedatiwa administration.
The APC leader enjoined both party members and residents in the 18 local government areas to keep supporting Governor Aiyedatiwa whose passion for human and societal development is uncommon.
She therefore charged people to prepare for smart work as activities towards the November governorship election will take off as scheduled by INEC.
Ademosu-Williams felicitated Governor Aiyedatiwa on recording landslide victory at the primary election which she emphasized was a sign of love and support the party members and by extension the people of the state have for the Governor.
