ALL SET FOR OYEBANJI’S INAUGURATION AS EKITI GOVERNOR

The stage is now set for the Ekiti State Governor-Elect, Mr Abiodun Oyebanji to take oath of office as the seventh Executive Governor of the state alongside his Deputy, Mrs Monisade Afuye on Sunday 16th, October 2020
The programme which will take place at the Ekiti Parapo pavilion, new Iyin Road, Ado Ekiti by Ten O’clock in the morning is expected to be attended by people from all walks of life.
Mr Oyebanji will take over the mantle of leadership from Governor Kayode Fayemi.
The inauguration will be the first of its kind that the incumbent Governor will handover to the Governor elected under same political party in Ekiti State.
The new Governor, Mr Abiodun Oyebanji who is a Master’s Degree holder in International Relations and Strategic Studies hails from Ikogosi- Ekiti in Ekiti West Local Government Area of the State while his Deputy, Mrs Monisade Afuye who is a native of Ikere- Ekiti also married in the same town and holds Higher National Diploma in Public Administration.
