APC PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARIES: JIGAWA DELEGATE SLUMPS, DIES

One of the delegates from Jigawa state at the ongoing convention of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Abuja, Alhaji Isah Baba Buji has reportedly slumped and died.
It was gathered that the delegate was the Assistant Chairman in charge of APC Jigawa central zone.
He was said to have slumped in the early hours of Tuesday at the Jigawa state liaison office at FCT while getting set to participate in the APC special convention along with other delegates.
Confirming the death, the Jigawa state APC public relations officer, Bashir Kundu, said “of cause he died this morning”.
Kundu added that “He slumped at Jigawa state liaison office in Abuja and he was rushed to hospital but gave up the ghost before arriving at the hospital.
“When we arrived the hospital, he was confirmed dead”, he said.
According to him, he may have died of heart failure.
