APPOINTMENT: OLUBAKA FELICITATES SENATOR JIMOH IBRAHIM AND AMBASSADOR OLUSOLA IJI
The Olubaka of Oka-AKoko, Oba(Dr) Yusuf Adebori Adeleye,OON has hailed the appointment of Senator Jimoh Ibrahim as a permanent representative at the United Nations.
The traditional ruler also felicitated Ambassador Olusola Iji on his appointment as Ambassador by President Bola Tinubu.
In a statement, Oba Adebori Adeleye commended President Bola Tinubu for putting round pegs in round holes.
According to him, the duo has always justified the confidence reposed in them in various capacities they had served the nation, expressing the hope that they would continue to be good ambassadors of Ondo State.
The Olubaka stressed that Chief Jimoh Ibrahim has distinguished himself as both national and international business mogul while his impact as a distinguished Senator has always been felt by his constituents and the nation in general.
Oba Adeleye also expressed confidence in the ability of Chief Olusola Iji to make an outstanding representative of Nigeria abroad, having served in a similar capacity.
The Olubaka wished the duo good luck as they keep playing their part in the socio-economic and political development of the our great country and its citizenry both home and abroad.
The Oka monarch also prayed for good health for the two illustrious sons of the Sunshine State as well as many more years of useful services to humanity.
