BE HOPEFUL AND PRAYERFUL, OLUMUYIWA ADU SENDS MESSAGE OF HOPE TO CHRISTIANS AT EASTER
..Urges politicians to show love and shun greed
Dr Barr. Olumuyiwa Adu has urged Christians to exercise hope in the face of the challenging situations as the whole world celebrates Easter to commemorate the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
The admonition was contained in his press release through his Media Council and made available to the press.
“Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour withstood humiliating experiences just to fulfil the purpose of salvaging humanity from falling out of favour with God.
“We should celebrate this memorable festival with renewed hearts and spirits to advance the reasons of his life and his rise after his death at Golgotha”. Dr Adu stated.
Dr Olumuyiwa Adu who is fondly known as Adu Cubana is a renowned philanthropist and politician of huge worth and values and he is deeply committed to community development and human capacity building in Ondo state and beyond.
He expressed his gratitude at the huge sacrifice of our Lord Jesus which has liberated humanity from the shackles and manacles of sins and death.
He urges Christians to personify the virtues of Christ-like leadership, and shun greed, crimes and convectiousness.
Dr Adu encouraged Nigerians to show love, embrace peace and share opportunities among one another to build united platforms for present and future prosperity and greatness.
“We should always use this moment to reflect on our doings, reinvigorate our hope and continue to pray for the success of our leaders at different levels of government”. He added
While praying for revival, abundant blessings, joy and peace for all, Dr Adu admonished political office holders to render accountable stewardship and show more love to the downtrodden as God always judges, from time to time, the inhumanity of man to man.
