The governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Godwin Emefiele has been reportedly sacked.
Emefiele who is a presidential aspirant on the platform of the ruling All Progressives Congress was fired from his position on Wednesday.
There had been outcry by a cross-section of the public over the aspiration of the CBN Governor while still serving the country as a public servant.
