
CHILDREN’S DAY: EKITI APC LEADER DELE PHILIPS JOINS CAMPAIGN AGAINST BULLYING IN SCHOOLS
The Vice Chairman of Asiwaju Mandate Group in Ekiti State, Mr. Dele Philips has called on stakeholders to work together towards reducing bullying in schools.
The APC leader who spoke in a statement signed by his Media Aide, Seun Adetola and made available to newsmen in Ado-Ekiti emphasized that all hands must be on the deck to guarantee a bullying-free schools in Ekiti and beyond.
Dele Philips who said his foundation has played significant roles in equipping primary school students in Ekiti Central Federal Constituency 2 with tools of acquiring basic education assured that more of such efforts would be carried out.
While calling on other well-meaning individuals both in Ekiti State and beyond to compliment government efforts at creating conducive environment, the Aramoko-Ekiti-born philanthropist prayed divine protection for the children.
He said the National Children’s Day celebrations is set aside to focus on various interventions to improve lives of the future generations.
Dele Philips thereby expressed the readiness of Dele Philips Foundation to set machinery in motion to improve on the efforts he had been putting in place to develop Nigerian children.
