Confusion As Mysterious Thunder Kills Five Persons In Akure

There was confusion on Thursday Five persons were struck dead by mysterious thunderstorm at Ago Dada near Ala village by Imafon in Akure North local government area of Ondo State.

Naijaparrots gathered that five middle-aged men were playing football when the incident occurred.

The victims are farmers from other neighbouring states.

An eyewitness who is a chief hunter told newsmen that the people of the village alleged the Head of the community of complicity in the mysterious incident, as a similar incident occurred last year in the area with nine villagers struck by thunderstorm.

It was gathered that it took the timely intervention of policemen and hunters to rescue the village Head from being lynched.
