This award-giving ceremony was part of a week- long glittering and modernized activities to celebrate Akure monarch who has spent 10 years on the stool of his forebears.
The Platinum Community Service award was bestowed on the multi-talented politician and Philanthropist because of his numerous contributions to the development of Akure land and beyond.
Dr Adu has records of so many interventions that have impacted positively on communities and humanity, sacrificing his time and resources to emancipate subjugated towns and people from the manacles of torment, neglect and poverty.
