DR OLUSOLA OJO HAILS SENATOR BAMIDELE’S ₦200M ANNUAL COMMITMENT TO EKITI UNIVERSITY
An Ekiti-born public administrator and policy analyst, Dr. Olusola John Ojo, has commended Senate Leader Opeyemi Bamidele on his ₦200 million annual commitment to the development of the Federal University of Technology, Environment and Sciences, Iyin Ekiti, describing the pledge as a decisive step toward strengthening higher education in the state.
Senator Bamidele, who represents Ekiti Central Senatorial District and serves as a Leader of the 10th Senate, restated his commitment to transforming the university into a world-class institution.
The Senator said the funding would be used to enhance teaching, research, staff development, and infrastructure, positioning the institution to compete with top universities globally.
