EID-EL FITRI: EKITI APC CHIEFTAIN, DELE PHILIPS FELICITATES MUSLIM FAITHFUL
A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ekiti State, Mr. Dele Philips has felicitated muslim brethren in the state on the completion of Ramadan fast.
The party leader particularly identified with Muslims in Ekiti Central Federal Constituency 2 comprising Ekiti West, Efon and Ijero local government areas for witnessing this year’s Eid-el Fitri celebrations.
According to a statement signed by his Media Aide, Iyiola Adetola, the member of Presidential Campaign Committee in the state urged the celebrants to keep reflecting on the lessons of Ramadan and continue to pray for the unity, peace and development of Nigeria in general.
While commending the existing religious harmony being witnessed in the state, Philips used the opportunity to urge Muslim and Christian community to continue to support the Governor, Biodun Oyebanji to keep justifying the confidence the people have in him.
“We are all living witnesses to the various Interventions in the area of road infrastructure education as well as human capacity development”, He added.
