EKITI ACTING COUNCIL CHAIRMAN, ADEBUSUYI FELICITATES CHRISTIANS ON EASTER CELEBRATION
The Acting Chairman of Ekameta Local Council Development Authority in Ekiti State, Chief Ebenezer Adebusuyi has felicitated the staff, management and the entire people of the council area on the occasion of this year’s Easter celebrations.
In his goodwill message to the entire people of Erijiyan-Ekiti, Ikogosi and Ipole-Iloro, he urged them to be exemplary of what Jesus christ stands for.
The Acting Chairman also used the opportunity to thank the traditional authorities in the area for their unflinching support since his assumption of office as Acting Chairman.
In his words, “I want to use the medium to thank the leaders of Ekameta Elders Forum and I am grateful for your support at all times. I equally thank everyone in the community for their unwavering support for the administration of our Governor, Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji since inception”.
“All of us can attest to the impact of his administration in the nooks and crannies of our dear state and this gives us the hope that Ekiti State would keep being a yardstick to measure positive results of democratic existence”, Adebusuyi emphasized.
While acknowledging the Iyalajes and Iyalojas as well as the entire market women, the Acting Chairman assured that programmes that would assist them in their trades would be put in place as Non-governmental Organisations would also be involved to compliment the efforts of government.
“I also use this medium to appeal to our youths to keep embracing peace which is greatly required for government to fulfill its electoral promises to the people”, Adebusuyi added.
