EKITI PCC MEMBER, DELE PHILIPS RALLIES SUPPORT FOR TINUBU, OTHERS
A member of the Presidential Campaign Committee of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ekiti State, Mr Dele Philips has continued to urge residents and electorate in the state to pitch their tent with the party’s candidates in the forthcoming elections.
Philips who was speaking with newsmen on the state of preparations for the elections said all hands are on the deck to ensure that the party comes out victorious at the polls.
The party leader who was the Chairman of BAO Campaign Committee in Ekiti West local government area during the last governorship election in the state urged the people of the area especially his federal constituency to repeat the same degree of support given to Ekiti State Governor, Biodun Oyebanji in the last election.
Dele Philips who also contested the last house of representatives primary election in Ekiti Central Federal Constituency 2 emphasized that the presidential candidate of the party, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu remains the best option as the nation targets massive industrialisation as well as youth employment.
In his words, “we have a presidential candidate who has since justified his personality as a man who could move Nigeria forward and create platforms for the much required socio-economic and political development of the country”.
“With what Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has shown that he could do as former Governor of Lagos State, we are confident that we have a good product to market and we are sure of victory,” Dele Philips assured.
The Aramoko-Ekiti-born party leader particularly called on his supporters in Ekiti West, Efon and Ijero local government areas to come out enmasse and cast their votes for Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and APC candidates.
