EMULATE JESUS CHRIST, OLUMUYIWA ADU ADMONISHES CHRISTIAN FAITHFUL ON GOOD FRIDAY
Dr Barrister Olumuyiwa Adu (Cubana) has admonished Christians to emulate the humility and perseverance of our Lord Jesus Christ as the Christian faithful all over the world commemorate the death of the only begotten son of God.
In a press statement released through his Media Council, Dr Olumuyiwa Adu said, ” Our Lord put his life on the line just to save us from eternal damnation and from the pangs of our sins. This huge sacrifice should not be taken for granted by all the lovers of christ”.
“As we celebrate this holy Friday, which is spiritually significant in the Christendom, i urge Christians to display the attributes of compassion, love, faith, obedience and leadership”.
“Our celebration must be sober and reflective, showcasing our profound obeisance to our Saviour who has paid a rare prize for the salvation of our souls”.Dr Adu stated further.
While wishing the adherents a blessed good Friday, Dr Adu prayed to the merciful God to preserve our lives to witness many more of this moment on earth.
