GLITZ AND GLAMOUR AS AAUA IPTP DIRECTOR, DR. BAYO FASUWON CELEBRATES GOLDEN JUBILEE
It was glamour and glitz in Ikare-Akoko in Akoko North-East Local Government Area of Ondo State as friends, family members, colleagues, students as well as other well wishers from within and outside the state gathered to celebrate the Director of the Institute of Part Time Programme in Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko, Dr. Bayo Fasuwon on the occasion of his Golden Jubilee anniversary.
It was a gathering that provided opportunities for his friends and those in attendance to highlight the qualities of the man always described as a team player as well as an astute administrator.
Students running Masters Degree in Public Administration in the institute were not left out as they were represented by a good number.
Colleagues of Dr. Bayo Fasuwon described him as a hardworking academic whose contributions would continue to be a reference point in administration of tertiary education in the state and Nigeria at large.
Addressing the gathering, the ‘Golden Boy’, Dr. Bayo Fasuwon expressed happiness and joy at the level of honour received by guests who he said really added joy to his special day.
He promised to continue to play his part in the development of the institute as well as the Adekunle Ajasin University in general, assuring that he would continue to work with all stakeholders to improve and sustain the level of development being witnessed.
