EKITI SENIOR PUBLIC SERVANT, KUNLE ADEYEMI APPRECIATES FAMILY, FRIENDS,
ASSOCIATES
A senior public servant in Ekiti State, Mr. Kunle Adeyemi has expressed his appreciation to all those who played significant roles in celebrating his golden jubilee.
Adeyemi who also doubles as the General Manager of Ekiti State Sports Council has occupied strategic positions in the state and has justified the confidence reposed in him.
Adeyemi said his friends and family as well as associates have been wonderful in marking his 50th anniversary and assured that he would not let them down.
In his words, “50 years is a major milestone in one’s life. Very significant but more significant to me for many reasons. About 10 years ago, when I lost my eldest sister to death, I asked God to spare my mother’s life to see me celebrate 50 and that I will throw a party.”
“However, some unfortunate things happened late last year that almost made me change my mind but also when I remember that I almost died in the cause of my duty as a public servant, I said I will limit the celebration to PRAISE AND WORSHIP not knowing that my sister, wife and some friends had other plans.”
“I thank God for sparing my life to see 50!I thank my immediate family, My aged mother, my wife, children, sister, aunties and uncles, Cousins and my FRIENDS who planned a surprise and pleasant COUP Led by Adegoke Olatunji, modupe lowo everyone that came.”
“I want to rededicate my life to doing the best I can do as I fathom that you can’t please everyone. I pray for long life in good health and abundant blessings. Thank you all” Kunle Adeyemi added.
It’s expected that similar celebration would be held next year in higher responsibilities.
