ILE-OLUJI O’DATIWA WOMEN ENGAGEMENT OUTREACH SIGNALLED AIYEDATIWA’S ACCEPTANCE – OSAMAYE
The Special Adviser to Ondo State Governor on Women Affairs, Dr (Mrs) Seun Osamaye has said that the level of support received during the O’Datiwa Engagement Outreach in Ile-Oluji/Oke-Igbo local government area was a testament to the popularity of Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa.
Dr. Osamaye who reflected on the reception by the women as well as other residents said the mood was that of great encouragement and propeller to continue to serve humanity.
The Special Adviser who was speaking with newsmen in Akure said the O’Datiwa Women Initiatives is determined to ensure that women, traders as well as female PWDs are carried along with the various people-friendly policies being implemented by the Aiyedatiwa-led administration.
“What we witnessed in Ile-Oluji, especially at the Odundun Hall venue of the Engagement Outreach was a great degree of love for our governor, Hon. Lucky Aiyedatiwa, Osamaye said.
“The turnout was not only massive as the women filled the Odundun Hall with enthusiasm and willingness to convince both the visitors and residents of the community that they have made up their mind to pitch tent with Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa and the All Progressives Congress in the November governorship poll,” the Special Adviser added.
“It was also a great honour and privilege to be guests of the traditional authority, the Jegun of Ile-Oluji, Oba Adetimehin who received us and also commended the leadership style of the governor”, Osamaye said.
She assured that subsequent events to be held would not only be improved upon but also continue to be a platform for enlightenment of the women on the outstanding programmes and policies being carried out by the present administration in the state.
