ILE-OLUJI/OKE-IGBO APC LEADERS VOW TO ENSURE VICTORY FOR TINUBU IN 2027 ELECTIONS
…As PBAT Continuity Project Coordinators Inaugurated in Council Area
The chances of President Bola Tinubu to run a second term in office has continued to receive a boost across Ondo State.
This was observed at the Inauguratiion of local government and ward coordinators President Bola Ahmed Tinubu Continuity Project(PBAT) in Ile-Oluji/Oke-Igbo local government area of the state at the weekend.
It was an event that attracted high profile political leaders from the local government area as well as other Senatorial Districts of the state.
The roll call included former Chief of Staff to Governor and former Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Pastor Femi Agagu who is also the Director-General of PBAT Continuity Project in the state.
Also in attendance was former Finance Commissioner, Wale Akinterinwa, members of Ondo State House of Assembly, Hon. Nelson Akinsuroju and Hon. Tunji Fabiyi and former Commissioner for Information, Mrs Tola Aworh.
Similarly, the Director-General of the Project in the Northern Senatorial District, Alhaji Elegberunibon and APC leader, Barr. Sola Ajisafe graced the occasion while the Director-General of PBAT in the Southern Senatorial District and former OSOPADEC Board Member, Hon. Kole Akinbolarin popularly known as ‘Kole Gangan’ was on hand to ensure the successful Inauguratiion.
Performing the Inauguratiion, the Director-General of PBAT in the state, Pastor Femi Agagu, encouraged the people of Ile-Oluji/Oke Igbo to keep spreading the gospel of PBAT Continuity Project in every part of the local government area to ensure overwhelming support for President Tinubu in the 2027 general election
Agagu, a former Commissioner for Education and Chief of Staff to Governor stressed that President Bola Tinubu has convinced Nigerians that he means we’ll for the people by ensuring that all sectors of the economy are given attention.
The Ondo PBAT DG stated that the President requires the support of Nigerians to enable him consolidate on the various interventionist programmes being carried out to impart positively on the people.
Also speaking, the Director-General of PBAT in the Southern Senatorial District, Hon. Kole Akinbolarin acknowledged the developmental strides of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, stating that the transformation across the country has been evident since the beginning of his administration.
Akinbolarin who was also Chairman of Ile-Oluji/Oke-Igbo local government highlighted the removal of fuel subsidy, increased state allocations and the possibility of full local government autonomy as key decisions that reflect the President’s courage and commitment to national progress.
In his words, “access to student loans through the National Education Loans Scheme has rekindled the hope of the people in democratic existence as children of the poor can now study high profile courses unlike before”.
“Establishment of Aviation Colleges across the six geopolitical zones, with the South-West campus to be located in Akure the Ondo State capital remains of the outstanding impacts of President Bola Tinubu administration”, Akinbolarin stressed.
While noting the various stabilization measures being put in place for the Dollar–Naira exchange rate, the Ondo South DG said establishment of Skills Acquisition Centres have played significant roles in reducing unemployment and promoted wealth creation.
In his acceptance speech, the PBAT DG in Ile-Oluji/Oke-Igbo local government, Hon. Rufus Oyewunmi expressed gratitude to the leaders for their financial and moral support.
He assured that PBAT in the local government would continue to be committed to delivering a landslide victory for President Bola Tinubu in the 2027 presidential election.
High point of the event was the imagination of PBAT coordinators for the political wards in the local government area as food items and educational materials were presented to members in the area.
